They cover a wide range of genres including Top 40, Pop, R&B, Funk, Hip Hop, Rock, Latin, Disco, and Dance — with stylistic bridges between classics and current hits.

 

The band features multiple vocalists (male & female), a full 5-piece horn section, and a seasoned rhythm section (bass, drums, keyboards), delivering rich, layered sound.

History & Identity

David Whiteman launched the band in 2001, combining his passion for performance with a commitment to genuine live music.

 

Before his music path fully took hold, Whiteman served on the Dallas Fire Department, including 10 years as a front-line paramedic, eventually retiring after 28 years of service.

 

Through that journey, he balanced a love for helping people with a love for bringing joy through music  and built the band’s ethos around “Never let being good get in the way of being great.”
