Our Story

The Sambuca legacy began in Dallas as a cozy jazz club that blended great food with soulful music and became a cultural touchstone. Over time, the concept evolved, growing into larger lounges and supper clubs while maintaining that core spirit of connection, entertainment, and culinary delight.
